Our family enjoyed the hotel, but the
rooms were a bit dated and needed better cleaning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the kids loved the animation activities. However, sometimes finding food they liked was a challenge, especially at breakfast.

During our stay, the dining area was extremely crowded, making meal times chaotic. We often struggled to find a clean table and had to wait for service. Additionally, the noise from the loud music during the day was overwhelming, and there was no relaxing area to escape.

We had a fantastic time with engaging activities throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to help and make our experience better. The nightly animation shows were delightful, providing entertainment for all ages, and the garden view from our room was a lovely touch.
We did have a slight issue with the towel service on the last day.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! The private sandy beach was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed the big water slides. We loved visiting the nearby shops and exploring the local marina. Unfortunately, we faced a minor issue with the towel service on our last day. We had to share only two towels among four of us, which wasn’t ideal after a fun-filled holiday.
